**10/10 stars** review ratings from me , very strong performace from Acha

The Indonesian religious-drama film Air Mata Mualaf (internationally titled Tears of Faith), directed by Indra Gunawan and starring Acha Septriasa and Achmad Megantara, was released in late 2025.

A major point of praise from film critics (such as Tempo) is that the movie avoids a aggressively preachy tone.Instead of presenting a idealized, dramatic conversion story, the director focuses heavily on the raw emotional reality of the protagonist, Anggie.Critics noted that the movie portrays "people as they are," choosing a slow, organic progression rather than cheap narrative twists to show how she finds solace and healing from domestic abuse.

It is widely recommended for viewers who enjoy quiet, emotionally heavy, and character-driven domestic narratives.
