School Tales: The Series is a Netflix horror anthology adapted from a popular comic, set entirely within the eerie walls of a school. Across eight unique episodes, the series blends fear, mystery, and even moments of dark comedy — with Episode 5 standing out as the most unexpectedly funny and refreshing. Rather than relying on cheap jumpscares, it leans on atmosphere and unsettling imagery to deliver its chills. While the acting and visual effects remain modest, the stories themselves are engaging and thought-provoking. Beneath its supernatural surface, the series reminds us that the real horrors often come from human cruelty — bullying, revenge, and moral decay — urging us to choose kindness over fear.
