This film delivers a gripping psychological mystery with strong performances—especially from Aiqing and the young Xinxin—and a suspenseful atmosphere built through cinematography and sound. While some plot points stretch logic and the ending may feel unsatisfying, the unexpected twist and emotional depth make it highly rewatchable. At its core, the story reminds us of the emotional weight of parenthood, mental health, and the importance of treating every child with love and care.
