Adapted from Io Sakisaka’s manga, Love Me, Love Me Not offers a heartfelt romantic drama centered around four characters, with a particular focus on Akari and Rio’s emotional journeys. The film impresses with its well-balanced performances, especially from Minami and Takumi, and uses cinematography, color grading, and music harmoniously to convey shifting moods throughout the story. The bittersweet yet hopeful ending, paired with meaningful scenes like Kazu’s photo moment, makes this film a must-watch for lovers of romantic dramas seeking both sweetness and depth.
