>A rookie policewoman teams up with the brilliant detective Luo Fei to solve a series of interconnected murder cases in 1930s Shanghai, where each mystery uncovers pieces of a larger conspiracy. The blend of clever investigations, light humor, and subtle romance keeps the series engaging, even as the overarching mystery grows increasingly complex. Although the ending leaves several questions unanswered, Detective L is a worthwhile watch for fans of detective stories with memorable twists.
